  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Perishable or consumable items are not eligible once opened.

3. Refunds

  • There is no Return Policy once Customer pays money, we won't return the money back to the customer if there is any damage. We will resend the product but Proof is important. 360 video is a

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a free replacement with condition to have valid proof of damage .
