Hello everyone, my name is Laiq Khan, Founder of Nanjo Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Cooking has been a part of my life since childhood. When I was just 4–5 years old, back in my village, we had a small tradition called “Harkuriya”—a group of kids bringing food from their homes, sharing it together, and enjoying those simple moments. Those memories are still fresh in my heart.

I grew up watching my mother in the kitchen—how she carefully selected spices, ground them by hand, separated blends for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and created food full of purity and love. I would always stand beside her, observing, learning, and slowly falling in love with cooking.

As life moved forward, circumstances changed.

I had to leave my education and step out to work. During that time, I often ate outside food—but something always felt missing. The taste, the purity, the satisfaction I experienced at home just wasn’t there. That’s when I realized the real difference was not just in cooking—it was in the quality of spices.

I tried cooking at home, but I couldn’t recreate my mother’s taste. The reason became clear—market spices lacked purity. Turmeric had artificial color, chili lacked natural strength, cumin had lost its oils, and whole spices had no aroma left. That’s when the thought first struck me—something needs to change.

Years passed. I worked in different industries, even tried running a small home kitchen. People appreciated my cooking, but the foundation—the spices—still didn’t meet my expectations.

Then one day, during a morning walk, a strong realization hit me:

“I have to do something in spices. I have to bring purity back.”

In 2025, on March 25th, I finally made a firm decision:

This journey wasn’t easy.

I traveled across India to find the best sources:

Premium turmeric from Maharashtra

High-quality coriander from Madhya Pradesh

Finest cumin from Gujarat

Rich chilies from South India

And the best whole spices like black pepper, cardamom, and cloves from southern regions

I personally visited farms, studied cultivation methods, ensured no harmful chemicals were used, and carefully selected every ingredient.

We spent over a year in research and development—creating blends for veg and non-veg dishes, ensuring authentic taste, aroma, and quality. We also secured all necessary licenses, going beyond requirements—because for me, this is not just business, it’s responsibility.

I truly believe:

“Food is the foundation of life.”

When you eat pure and good food, your body, mind, and life improve.

I don’t claim “100% perfection,” because even that word has lost meaning today.

But I promise you something stronger—honesty, effort, and purity you can trust.
